This FAQ is very thorough and extensive.
PERSONAL ACCOUNT QUESTIONS
Question : Am
I allowed to have more than one account?
Answer : No. We allow one account per individual/per household. No
exceptions.
Question : What
are active members and inactive members?
Answer : Active members have confirmed their email address and are members
of the program. Pending members have signed up, but haven't responded to the
initial email yet. They are not members of the program and cannot earn any
money until they activate their account. Inactive members are those who have
confirmed their email but have not clicked a link in at least 30 days. Inactive
members will be deleted from our database each month on the 15th day. This may
cause you to see a decrease in your downline.
Question : How
can I log into my account?
Answer : Log in at http://www.CoffeeClubEmails.com.
Question : How
can I cancel my account?
Answer : Enter your member ID and password on the main page. In your
member area choose USER INFO from your member menu, scroll down to the
unsubscribe area and follow the directions.
Question : Rather
than canceling my account, can I sell it or give it away?
Answer : No! This will be considered a violation of TOS and the account
will be deleted. Please refer to the terms which you agreed to when you joined
for more details.
Question : How
can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Answer : Your membership in our program allows CoffeeClubEmails.com to send
you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads
from CoffeeClubEmails.com without terminating your membership in our program and
forfeiting any and all earnings. Enter your member ID and password on the main
page and choose "Cancel Account" from your "User
Information" area.
Question : How
can I change my personal information?
Answer : Log in to your account and click the "User Account
Info" link. You will be able to edit any of your information in this area.
Please note: you need to enter you passowrd in the spase saying to save in order to keep your changes.
Question : Why can't I log in?
Answer : There could be many reasons. You could be typing your
user name or password incorrectly. Simply request it sent to you from the form
on the site. If you have been inactive then your account has probably been
cancelled. You will need to rejoin. Please do not contact us under these
circumstances - your previous earnings will not be restored. Inactivity is not
tolerated within our site.
Question : I live outside the US, can I join?
Answer : Yes, we welcome all international members.
International members should be able to read and write in English.
If you cannot read or write in English I will not be able to read your payout
requests, ad requests etc. So it would not benefits either one of us if
International members cannot submit requests in English.
EARNING QUESTIONS
Question : How much will I earn?
Answer : Each advertiser pays a different amount due to the many
offers we have. It is impossible to say exactly how much you will earn - that
is up to you. If you are an active member and read all of the ads you could
earn the most the site has to offer. The more active you are the more you will
earn.
Question : When can I request payment?
Answer : You may request payment after you have earned the site minimum.
Qualifying members will see a button in their member redemption area.
Question : How can I request payment?
Answer : After you have earned the site minimum in your account a "Request
Payment" button will automatically appear on your cash out page. Press the
button and your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable
department.
Payout requests sent improperly will be ignored and not responded
to.
Question : When am I paid?
Answer : After your payment request is made and your account is in good
standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days
Question : How am I paid?
Answer : Payments are made via PayPal, Alert Pay, Us Postal Money
Order.
REFERRAL QUESTIONS
Question :
How much can I earn from my referrals?
Answer : The current commission setting are as follows:
Level 1 - 20%
These percentages apply to cash and point earnings.
Question : Are my referral earnings working?
Answer : Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day.
You must be active on our site to earn from your referrals
To qualify to receive earnings from your downline, you must login at least once every 30 days and click on at least 50% of the ads we send out.
Question :
I do not seem to see earnings from the referrals, Why?
Answer : There are MANY reasons earnings may not show - here are a few
of them.
· Your referral signed up less than 7 days ago
· You have not clicked on any links lately. Our program is set so the UPLINE
must be 50% as active as
the downline in order to get credit for downline earnings. You must be active
in order to earn from your referrals.
· Your referral may not be very active.
· Referral earnings will only show in your account when the referral has earned
YOU at least 1 cent or 1 point. So, if you earn 20% of tier 1 referral earnings
then this is how it would work: Your referral will have to click 5 one cent
links before you would see the earnings show in your account. You will also
have to click at least 2 one-cent links to get credit for the referral
earnings. The program is set this way to prevent cheating and help you earn the
most you possibly can from this site
Question : How
do I get referrals?
Answer : You can get referrals by promoting you referral link or banner,
which is located in your member section. You may also get referrals by
upgrading your membership to receive free referrals and by purchasing referrals
from other sources.
Question :
I am missing referrals - where did they go?
Answer : There are many reasons that referrals may disappear. The main
reason being that they were inactive and have been deleted. Some will cancel
their accounts, some may have been determined to be cheating - but for any of
those reasons they are no longer with the program and thus will no longer be in
your downline.
Question :
I referred a very close friend but they are not showing in my downline - why?
Answer : There could be a few reasons for this as well.
· The friend may have used the wrong referral link.
· The program self updates and you have not given enough time for the update.
· The friend may not have completed the sign up process yet by doing their
confirmation email.
· The friend may not have clicked anything yet.
Question :
I purchased referrals form another site and they are not showing in my
downline.
Answer : I have no control over those types of purchases, you will have
to contact the source you ordered them from to address the issue.
POINTS QUESTIONS
Question : What are points for?
Answer : Points can be used for advertising, upgrading your
membership and gifts in the redemption area. As well as for auctions in our family forum and you can transfer to any other family Site
Question : How do I earn Points?
Answer : You can earn points by visiting advertisers websites. You
must allow the timer to run completely down to receive credit.
Question : How do I exchange Points for Cash?
Answer : Point ot cash redemptions can be found in your reedem pages.
